Venus in Sagittarius 2021

Venus transits the sign of Sagittarius from October 7 to November 5, 2021. Venus is the planet of quality, love, and worth. She represents unification and reconciliation. Venusian energy is expressed through art, beauty, and anything pleasing to the senses. Venus is anything we are attracted to or value. After her uncomfortable 27 day transit through Scorpio, Venus is moving into a more hopeful territory. In Sagittarius, Venus is able to move forth with more enthusiasm and purpose, feeling more expansive and free. We could feel more optimistic about our money and relationships. 

However, the beginning of her transit features a conjunction to the South Node on Oct 9th. The South Node can act as a drain and make things disappear. There is simultaneously a triple conjunction happening in Venus’s sign, Libra. Sun, Mars, and Mercury retrograde are all swapping places at the same degree in Libra while the ruling planet is being sucked into a vacuum. The combination of Mercury and Mars going into the heart of the Sun, while Venus is at the South Node might feel like a power surge followed by a power outage. It might manifest as having to leave behind some old baggage, a person from your past, or self-limiting beliefs. You could also find yourself spending a bunch of money. Once Venus clears the nodal axis by the 11th, things should start to feel lighter and more positive.
